Shire Music Theatre (formerly The Sutherland Shire Light Opera Company) has a long history in the Shire - over 30 years to be exact. 2004 marked our 30th year in Community Theatre.

Each year we produce between 3 to 4 musical productions. In 2010, Shire Music Theatre is very proud to present our the Pantomime TIARAS IN TROUBLE - A FAIRYTALE FIASCO, followed by the classic BIG RIVER. Additionally, we run a Concert Series each year, which continues to be extremely popular amongst music lovers. These up-market events vary greatly in style ranging from Cabaret, Classical/Operetta to Broadway Melodies.
